Q1 in review
A short, factual note on the quarter — what shipped, what grew, and what we are carrying into Q2.
What shipped
- The automotive export marketplace moved its full purchase lifecycle into production, fifteen order states end to end.
- Two corporate platforms went live for the group's subsidiaries, sharing one content model.
- Our internal design system reached the point where a new marketing page takes a day rather than a week.
The team
We added engineering and quality assurance capacity, and moved to a written handoff at the end of every working day across our delivery locations. Review turnaround dropped by more than half as a result.
Technology
We standardised on a single application framework across new client work, moved the remaining infrastructure behind automated pipelines, and made accessibility checks part of the definition of done rather than a pre-launch scramble.
Into Q2
More of the same, deliberately: deeper work on the products we already run, and a small number of new engagements rather than a large number. Thank you to our clients, partners and team for a solid quarter.
