A small, senior team — engineering, quality, and delivery under one roof in Dhaka. The people you meet on the first call are the ones who build and support your product.
Architecture decisions, technical direction, and the client relationships we keep for years rather than for one project.
Founder and Chief Technology Officer
Visionary technologist with a passion for building digital solutions that create lasting impact. Leads HGS with a focus on innovation, quality, and client success across international markets.
Everyone who touches your project, what they own, and the stack they work in — no placeholder profiles and no borrowed headcount.
Project Manager
Runs delivery across every HGS engagement — scope, sprint planning, and the weekly client update. Keeps roadmaps, risks, and hand-offs written down so progress never depends on someone remembering a conversation.
Software Engineer
Builds the server side of what we ship — APIs, data models, and the integrations that connect a new product to the systems a client already runs. Reviews every schema change before it reaches production.
Software Engineer
Works across the front end — Next.js interfaces, the shared component library behind them, and the accessibility and performance work that keeps a page fast on the devices clients actually use.
Quality Assurance Engineer
Owns quality end to end — test plans written alongside the spec, regression suites that run on every release, and the automation that catches a break before a client ever sees it.
Every discipline a project needs, under one roof — nothing on this page is subcontracted out to a partner agency you would never meet.
Sets technical direction, owns architecture decisions on every engagement, and stays the point of contact for the clients we work with long-term.
Turns a signed scope into a sprint plan, keeps the roadmap and risk log current, and sends the weekly written update that keeps everyone honest.
Designs and builds the product itself — interfaces, APIs, data models, and the deployment pipeline that carries them into production.
Writes the test plan alongside the spec, runs the regression suite on every release, and signs off before anything reaches a client environment.
Four commitments that hold on every engagement — the practical difference between a small senior team and a large agency.
The people who scope your project are the people who build it and support it after launch. Nothing is handed off to a delivery pod you never met.
Planning at the start, a working demo at the end, and a written progress note in between — so there is never a month where you cannot see where things stand.
Every change goes through code review and a QA pass before release. Nothing reaches production on one person’s word alone.
You talk to the engineer working on your product, not only to an account manager relaying messages between two rooms.
There is no permanent job board here — we open a role when the work is real. If you are an engineer, designer, or QA specialist who wants ownership rather than tickets, send us your work and we will keep it on file for the next opening.
